Are you ready to welcome a new pet into your home? The first step is to complete our adoption application, which you can conveniently access online HERE. You don’t need to create an account on our site to fill out the application. If you encounter an error when trying to proceed, it’s simply indicating that a required field was left unanswered.

 

For canine adoptions, we ask that you submit a video of your yard, including the entire fence line. This helps us ensure the area is secure with no gaps or holes where a pet might escape. Please email your video to us at info@texasacr.org

 

Once we receive your application and video, our dedicated team of volunteers will review it and get back to you within 48 hours. We will also conduct vet checks for any current or previous pets to verify their vaccination status and overall health.

 

The adoption fee ranges from $150 to $450, depending on the pet. This fee helps cover medical expenses, food, and supplies while the pet is in foster care. All our pets are up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm preventatives, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before adoption (some exclusions may apply, especially for puppies).
